jl8 operates an online gaming platform at jl8.lat ("the Platform"), offering live casino games, slot games, sports betting, bingo, crash games, and table games to eligible players in the Philippines. jl8 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with jl8, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and promotions, and all communications between you and jl8. These Terms must be read in conjunction with jl8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

jl8 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at jl8.lat/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and use the jl8 Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines;
• Be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law;
• Not be a person who has been self-excluded from any jl8 account or from another licensed gaming operator;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of jl8 or any of its affiliated companies;
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any other person.

jl8 does not knowingly allow access to players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using jl8 is lawful in their location.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jl8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jl8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security. You must notify jl8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification. jl8 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending completion of KYC. jl8 reserves the right to decline transactions from unverified accounts.

3.5 Account Ownership. jl8 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any other person to use your account. All transactions made through your account credentials are deemed to have been made by you.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. jl8 reserves the right to modify the available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on jl8 is ₱100 (Philippine Peso) per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method; the current minimum is ₱500 for most methods.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on jl8 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Crypto deposits via USDT TRC20 are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. jl8 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes for GCash and Maya, and within one to three business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, during KYC review, or where jl8 suspects irregular activity. jl8 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

4.5 Funds Origin. You warrant that all funds deposited to your jl8 account are legitimately owned by you and are free from any criminal or fraudulent origin. jl8 may request evidence of the source of funds at any time. Deposits suspected of being proceeds of criminal activity will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.

4.6 Unclaimed Balances. jl8 reserves the right to close dormant accounts and transfer remaining balances in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines if an account has had no login or transaction activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

5.1 General. jl8 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be disclosed at the time each promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time will result in the expiration and forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. jl8 reserves the right to disqualify players from promotions if it suspects abuse, multiple account exploitation, or bonus fraud.

5.4 jl8 Rights. jl8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. If jl8 believes a player has attempted to abuse or exploit any promotion, jl8 may void all associated winnings and suspend or close the account.

6.1 Random Number Generation. All RNG-based games on jl8 use certified random number generators that have been independently tested for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed in each game's information panel.

6.2 Live Casino. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers in purpose-built studios. jl8 is not responsible for dealer error where such error is immediately acknowledged and corrected by the studio operator according to the operator's published rules.

6.3 Bet Confirmation. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify bet amounts before confirming. Technical malfunctions voiding any game play will result in the refund of the stake to the player's jl8 account wallet.

6.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting on jl8 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a result dispute, jl8's decision — made in good faith based on available information — shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl8 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account while under 21 years of age;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Operating more than one account;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Attempting to launder money or use jl8 for any purpose in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160 and amendments);
• Colluding with other players or jl8 employees to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or any other fraudulent financial conduct;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jl8 staff or other players.

8.1 jl8 Rights. jl8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where jl8 reasonably believes the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your jl8 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (net of applicable bonuses not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method within a reasonable time frame, subject to completion of any pending KYC review.

8.3 Balance Forfeiture. Where an account is closed by jl8 due to a material breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct — jl8 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and void all pending or historical bonuses associated with that account.

jl8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be used as a means to resolve financial difficulties or generate income.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jl8 players and can be accessed from your account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit;
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss acceptable to you within a given period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing continuously for a set period;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily lock your account for periods ranging from one week to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

All content on the jl8 Platform — including but not limited to the jl8 brand name, logo, software, website design, game graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jl8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, copy, sell, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any jl8 content without express written permission.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

11.2 jl8's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of your deposited balance at the time the claim arose.

11.3 jl8 is not liable for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party payment provider failures.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jl8's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl8 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact jl8 at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jl8 will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 14 business days. Where jl8 is regulated by PAGCOR, unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process.

jl8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl8 will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will indicate the revision date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jl8 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
